Overview and acceptance

When you use the OneRed website, apps, or games, you need to follow these rules. When you use the site, make an account, add money to it, bet, or use any of its services, you agree to these General Rules. If you don’t agree with these terms, don’t sign up for an account or use the services. You can read more about cookies, privacy, product limits, bonus systems, and service warnings in the papers that come with these Terms. If there is a difference between the texts, the result will depend on which one best describes what happened. But the things that need to be in place to protect customers will still be there.

Legal foundation and supervision

OneRed is offered under the legal framework that governs games of chance in the Netherlands. The market is supervised by the national authority responsible for gambling oversight. That authority exists to protect consumers, prevent harm, discourage criminal misuse, and support a fair and transparent environment. The platform is built with controls, checks, and technical safeguards designed to reflect those goals. Nothing in these Terms reduces rights that cannot lawfully be reduced. If a part of this document is incompatible with a binding rule, the rule prevails and the remainder continues to operate.

Who may use the service

Access is reserved for adults who meet the legal standard for gambling participation in the Netherlands. You may open an account only for yourself, and you may use it solely for personal entertainment.The Central Exclusion Register, known as CRUKS, can prevent access by design. If your status is listed in CRUKS you will not be able to gamble, and the platform will limit your view to non-gambling information. You agree not to disguise your identity or location and not to rely on tools that obscure who or where you are.

Contract formation and updates

A contract forms when you accept these Terms during registration, or when you continue using OneRed after a clear notice of these Terms. When laws or licence conditions evolve, we may update this document. If a change is material, you will see a notice within the service and, when required, you will be asked to confirm acceptance. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the services and begin the account closure process. Continued use after a posted update signals acceptance of the revised text.

Ongoing verification and monitoring

We may also perform routine checks to ensure that only the rightful holder uses the account. If you decline to cooperate, we may hold withdrawals, lock access, or close the account. Records of due diligence are kept securely and in accordance with legal retention duties.

Responsible play and duty of care

Gambling should be entertainment. OneRed maintains a duty of care that combines guidance, tools, and human intervention. You will find deposit caps, loss and wager limits, time-outs, and reality checks that help you keep control. We monitor play for signs of risk and we may contact you to discuss safer settings or to recommend a pause. You can trigger a short break at any time using account tools. Limits, affordability, and interventions

Default caps apply to deposits and related activity in the Netherlands, with stricter thresholds for younger adults as defined by law. If protective conditions are not met, we may reduce limits, block additional deposits, or restrict access to specific products. Payments, deposits, and withdrawals

You may deposit only through methods shown in your account and held in your own name. Ownership may be checked at any time. Withdrawals are returned through an appropriate route once security, identity, and source-of-funds steps are complete. OneRed is not a bank and does not provide interest on balances. Where a payment is reversed without a proper basis, we may deduct the amount, pause features while we investigate, and seek recovery of losses linked to the reversal. When payment partners or banking systems introduce processing time, we will surface status information inside the service where practical.

Anti-money-laundering and sanctions

Transactions are monitored for unusual features. When legal conditions are met, we will ask for additional information and, where required, we will file a report with the competent authority. In certain circumstances we are not allowed to inform you that a report has been made. Staff receive regular training and internal controls are reviewed to ensure they remain effective.

Product rules and game fairness

OneRed offers games that rely on certified random number generators and approved live gaming systems. Independent analysis and technical change control are part of our framework. If a round is interrupted by a platform incident, a network disruption, or a similar event beyond your control, settlement follows the rules of the relevant game. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined, we may void the round and restore the stake or apply a remedy defined in the house rules. Maintenance windows can occur; we try to schedule them at quieter times and we will post clear notices inside the service when feasible.

Tournaments and seasonal events

There may be competitions from time to time, like leaderboards or event series.  Notices detail who can enter, how to score, how to break ties, and what kinds of prizes are available. These can be cash, additional value, free play, or entry to following events. 

Progressive prizes and pooled features

Some titles include pooled prize mechanics that can accumulate as people play. Contribution logic, eligibility, and settlement are explained in the information panel of each participating title. If a pooled feature is retired or swapped, uncommitted contributions are handled under the relevant supplier terms and according to regulatory expectations. When a pooled prize triggers, the outcome is recorded in the audit trail and resolved as described in the game rules.

You don’t have to join promotions, but you do have to take a clear step to do so, like clicking an opt-in button or entering an in-service code. Before you participate, a short description describes the main points, and a link exposes the complete terms. Topics can include how much you can bet on each sort of game, how long bonus funds last, and what products are not allowed. If our systems see anything that look like abuse, including having more than one account, dumping chips, or trying to get prizes without really playing, we may take away a bonus, change balances to make things fair, or limit access to future offers. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable licence to use the services for entertainment in line with these Terms. Reverse engineering beyond what mandatory law allows, copying, resale, redistribution, framing, scraping, or derivative exploitation are not permitted. If you submit chat messages or other user-generated material, you grant us a limited licence to store, display, and moderate that content to operate the service.

Third-party content and linked services

Some areas of OneRed rely on suppliers, including game studios and payment providers. Links may lead to websites or policies that are not controlled by us. Visiting those resources is your choice. Review third-party terms and privacy notices before use. If a partner service becomes unavailable, the connected feature may be paused, replaced, or retired without liability beyond what the law requires.

Platform maintenance, status, and resilience

The service is engineered for resilience, yet no platform is immune to incidents. We maintain monitoring, layered defenses, and recovery plans. When planned work is required, we aim to perform it during calm periods and to post a warning in advance. If an outage occurs, we will work to restore service promptly and we will apply fair resolution steps for any affected game rounds. Your patience and feedback help us improve stability over time.

Evidence, audit trail, and server authority

Gameplay records, transaction histories, account changes, and service communications form the system of record. These materials may be used to resolve disputes, demonstrate compliance, and support audits by authorities or assessors. If data shown on your device differs from server records, the server record will ordinarily prevail unless a clear error is demonstrated. We preserve logs with integrity and we restrict access to authorized personnel only.

Privacy, data rights, and transparency

OneRed is in charge of privacy standards that apply to all of Europe and the Netherlands’ own rules. We process personal data to deliver the service, execute our contract with you, follow the law (such as anti-money-laundering and sanctions requirements), preserve security and integrity, and, when allowed, make parts of the experience more personal. The Privacy Policy talks about types of data, legal bases, how long it is kept, who gets it and processes it, how data is protected when it is sent to other countries, and your rights. Some of such rights are access, correction, deletion, limitation, portability, and objection. You can use tools in your account to do these. If you think your rights have been violated, you can file a complaint with the national data protection authorities. We utilize encryption, role-based access, and audit logging to protect your privacy. We also limit the amount of data we collect.

Cookies and comparable technologies

The platform uses cookies, local storage, and similar tools to keep sessions secure, measure performance, prevent fraud, remember choices, and, where permitted, personalize content. The settings that allow you to personalize your experience are located within your account. Inactive accounts and dormancy handling

When feasible, withdrawable funds are returned to a verified payment method. If we cannot re-establish contact, balances are safeguarded in line with Dutch requirements. Suspension, self-exclusion, and closure

You may pause play for a short period, apply a longer self-exclusion, or set stricter limits at any time. You may also enroll in CRUKS, which places a strong barrier across licensed operators. We may suspend or close an account to protect a customer, to comply with directions from supervisory bodies, to observe sanctions rules, or to investigate suspected breaches. On closure, any withdrawable real-money balance is released after necessary checks, except where law requires a hold, recovery, or report. Re-activation after self-exclusion follows the process described in the responsible-gambling rules.

Complaints and dispute resolution

The options within your account allow you to open a complaint in the event that anything goes wrong. After reviewing the information you provided, we will respond to your message with a rational conclusion. Get some outside counsel or take it to the appropriate Dutch court if you’re still not happy with our final position. While the national gaming authority does not often resolve private contractual issues, it does oversee compliance and market conduct. Liability and risk allocation

Gambling involves risk and you may lose money. The services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access or flawless software. To the extent permitted by Dutch law, OneRed is not liable for indirect damages such as loss of profit, loss of chance, or loss of goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or by intentional misconduct. Your statutory rights remain in place.

Force majeure and events outside control

Sometimes the service is affected by things that no one can control. Some examples of such events are utility and network outages, malicious attacks on digital infrastructure, strikes in the workplace, or even natural disasters. Fairness, system security, and service restoration will be our top priorities in the case of such an incident. While an impediment is in the way of performance, obligations are put on hold until the impediment is removed.

Assignment and structural changes

We may transfer rights and obligations under these Terms to another entity as part of a reorganization or a change in service providers, provided your statutory protections remain intact and continuity is maintained. You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations without prior consent obtained through the mechanisms presented in the service.

Severability and waiver

Subject to the extent permitted by law, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect in the event that any provision is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable. A right is not waived only because it is delayed or not exercised at all. You can’t generalize a waiver from one instance to another.

Interpretation and entire agreement

This agreement between you and the operator of OneRed regarding access to and use of the platform is formed entirely by these Terms, as well as any policies or rules indicated in the service. Headings are provided for practicality purposes only; they do not alter the content. If the context permits, the plural form of a word can be used instead of the singular, and any reference to a person can be used to refer to a legal entity. These Terms do not establish any kind of employment, agency, or partnership.

Survival of obligations

Any portions that reasonably go on following a closure or suspension will remain in place. Included in this category are pledges to preserve personal information, guidelines for appropriate usage, safeguards for intellectual property, requirements for retaining records, and methods for resolving disputes.

Language and authoritative text

This document is provided in English to reach a broad audience. If a translation appears within the service and differences arise, the version identified in the legal notice as authoritative will prevail.

Sustainability and social responsibility

Within its activities, OneRed aims to promote social responsibility while minimizing environmental effect. Among these are a preference for ethical business partners, reasonable data retention policies, and efficient hosting. Research into safer gambling tools should be encouraged, and we back efforts to make the internet a better place for everyone. Design of products, selection of suppliers, and company culture are all shaped by these promises.

Fair design and game transparency

Clear information helps players make better choices. You may request a machine-readable export of certain personal data through the tools inside your account. Exports are prepared within a reasonable timeframe and delivered in a common format. We may decline or limit an export where doing so would infringe on the privacy of others, reveal trade secrets, or undermine security. In such cases we will provide an explanation where the law allows.

Mitigating misuse and fraud

Abuse harms everyone. The platform uses layered defenses to detect patterns such as chargeback abuse, bonus hunting through coordinated accounts, suspicious device sharing, or scripted play. When a pattern is detected, we investigate with care and we give customers a chance to explain before final action is taken, unless the law or safety concerns require immediate steps. Remedial measures can include removal of ill-gotten rewards, tighter limits, exclusion from promotions, or closure. Where crime is suspected, we may notify authorities.
